What was the client trying to solve?

Every aspect of the client’s business had to be ready to embrace the digital transformation for it to champion the cause. This implied finding the skill gaps amongst existing employees and upskilling them to align them with the company’s digital vision. The main challenges that they wanted to solve with their development plan were as follows:

  • Accurately Measuring Skill Levels: To accomplish their learning objectives, they wanted a platform to accurately evaluate the employees’ technical skills with minimum hassles. This platform had to exceed the current industry standards of evaluation and is expected to offer accurate and detailed reports to granularly understand the employees’ skill levels.
  • Increase User Adoption:Previously, the average course completion rates were less than 35%.  The client wanted to increase the adoption rates of their training programs so that they could accurately identify the skill gaps and plan for their tech-transformation accordingly.
  • Standardized Global Learning Ecosystem: With their workforce across the globe, the client wanted to execute their L&D operations remotely. Thus, it wanted to identify the necessary technology platform to scale its development initiatives. Besides matching global learning standards, the client wanted to have a strategic partner to understand and execute its objective into a holistic upskilling plan across multiple roles for specific tech domains and competencies.
